The first type of Rental Service Process: Initiated by a Medical Clinic Doctor

The doctor submits an oxygen therapy prescription (oxygen concentrator).

- The patient agrees to receive a call from “Orca Medical” (us)

A certified technician will contact the patient and explain the terms and conditions
- 4
If the patient agrees with the terms, the technician will deliver the oxygen concentrator that is the most suitable for him (as the doctor guided us)

The technician will meet the patient at the AVERSI Clinic branch and guide him or one of his family members about the oxygen concentrator. (All of the above are represented in a time value of 20 minutes, from the moment the patient agrees to receive the doctor’s diagnosis and accept the oxygen therapy- this is how fast our service is!)

The rental period will be as much as the patient wants although it is highly recommended to follow the doctor’s instructions

When the rental period is over our representative will contact the patient to schedule a meeting in his place, to take back the oxygen concentrator
The second type of Rental Service Process: Initiated by The patient or family member.

The patient contacts the Orca medical office (mail, phone, etc,)

Our representative understands the patient’s needs and his condition
- 3
If the patient agrees with the terms, the technician will deliver the oxygen concentrator that is the most suitable oxygen concentrator for him

The technician will meet the patient at his address or in our office guide him or one of his family members about the oxygen concentrator
- 5
The rental period will be as much as the patient wants although it is highly recommended to follow the doctor’s instructions

When the rental period is over our representative will contact the patient to schedule a meeting in his place, to take back the oxygen concentrator
* The services are given only with a contract signing and security deposit
